i am very glad to know that you are going to apply for admission to our university . here i will try to give you some suggestions about your application . in my opinion , english major is a good choice . on one hand , that is the subject you have been good at and interested in . on the other hand , our english department has excellent teachers and modem teaching facilities .
as to the requirements for applying for the english major , i would like to suggest that you pay more attention to spoken english . if you don't make a good performance in oral test , you maybe have to choose another major . a good mental state would be necessary if you want to leave a good impression on the examiners . in addition , you should do more model tests when making preparation for the test . i am sure you will succeed in the exam if you follow my advice .

the focus of the complaint is the impatience of your shop-assistant whose badge number was 15. for one thing , the assistant turned a deaf ear to our request and walked away . for another , she murmured in a sarcastic manner that my friend was foolish in making such a request . under these circumstances , i found it so unbearable to face such an awkward situation . honestly speaking , the produets in your shop are of good quality . but you should make great efforts to look into your service and take steps to prevent a similar recurrence of such offensive behavior in the future . all in al , there is still much room for improvement .
