一、段落基本句型构造
1.概述现象段
概述现象段通常出现在说明现象类作文的第一段， 其基本的句型构造是：先用一句话概括现象的总体情况，这是段落的主题句；然后具体描述现象的突出表现或具体变化，以支持主题句。
例
directions : for this part , you are allowed 30 minutes to write an essay entitled digital age . you should write at least 120 words following the outline given below in chinese :

第一段：概述现象段

2.描写图表段
描写图表段通常出现在图表阐释类作文的第一段，其基本的句型构造是：先用一句话概括图表所反映的总体现象、变化或问题，这是段落的主题句；然后用2-3句话具体描述图表中数据的对比或变化情况，以支持主题句。
例
directions : for this part , you are allowed 30 minutes to write a composition based on the graph below . the suggested title is : car accidents declining in walton city . remember that your composition must be written according to the following outline :
1.描述图表中反映的车祸发生率的变化。
2.分析该市车祸发生率下降的原因。

(1) as is indicated in the above graph , the rate of car accidents in walton city rises and falls with the change of months . (2) from january to march , the number of car accidents rises from 22 to 32 , and then drops to 26 in the next three months . after that , it climbs up again to 39 , increasing hy 50% . (3) however , from then on , the curve descends all the way to the lowest point , 16 to be exact .
