above all , college graduates , who are used to considering themselves as god's favored ones , tend to overestimate their ability and ask for a higher pay than those who have no college diploma . however , they seldom have any practical experience . in addition , nwe graduates often find it hard to deal with the working environment unfamiliar to them . they are in great need of starting their career from the bottom of a company and learn how to cooperate with their colleagues and the superiou .
