How to Succeed in a Job Interview
A job interview is vital to the job hunting process in that if you are successful in it, you stand a good chance of finally obtaining the ideal job. Without a good performance in interview, you would have a slim chance to get a job，let alone putting what you learned into practice.
Then how can you succeed in a job interview? In the first place, you should dress and behave properly in order to leave a good first impression on the interviewer. According to a recent survey conducted by China Daily，a high proportion (86.5 percent) of inter- viewers make the decision by interviewees，behavior of the first 30 seconds. In addition, when it comes to talking, you should speak of your expertise and special abilities clearly and honestly.What’s more，self-confidence——telling the interviewer that you will face the challenge whenever you encounter difficulties—is also of great importance.
