A Letter Declining a Job Offer
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am very grateful to have received the letter from your company informing my acceptance as your clerk. Thank you very much for your kind offer of this precious opportunity!
However，I have to say sorry for not being able to accept it. There are at least two personal reasons. To be^in with, I feel I can’t adapt myself to working in a company. My introvert personality makes me not quite good at dealing with business and people. What is more, I have attended the entrance examination to graduate school this January and was confirmed to be accepted as a graduate student by Beijing Normal University last week, so I decided to pursue further study. Therefore, after a careful consideration, I am regretful to tell you that I can not accept your offer.
Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience that may cause to you. Also your kind understanding is highly appreciated.
