Idol worship wastes young people’s time and money. To begin with, they may always spend much time in collecting news and information of their favorite star from TV, newspaper and Internet. Once there is a chance for them to meet “the hero”，they will go out all the way and forget about their study or work. What is more, young people may easily make blind consumption for their star. According to a recent survey conducted by Weekly Economy, the sales of certain brand of chewing gum increased sharply from $ 1，220，000 to $4,238，000 in two weeks after inviting Zhou Jielun, the most popular singers at present, to advocate for their product.
Instead of just worshipping the stars’ looking or fame，young people should learn to explore the real factor of the stars，success and get self-promotion from it. (172 词)
