Nowadays, modem people are enduring so much pressure from ed- ucation, career, or family that they are more bad-tempered than ever before. The past five years has witnessed a steady increase in the number of people who went insane or committed suicide to an astonishing number of 745,000 a year on average.
Keeping a good mood is of great importance in modem society. To begin with，the pace of the society is getting increasingly faster and the world is full of challenges everywhere. Keeping a good mood may help people stay in a more sensitive state and more easily catch the possible chances. What’s more，keeping a good mood can help people put disap-pointment and frustration in the right perspective and is therefore cruci-al to their physical health.
As for me，I take everything easy and keep a habit of doing physi-cal exercise for 1 hour every day, which keep me stay in a good mood and live a happy life. ( 160 词）
