A letter of Suggestion to the President(建议信）
Dear president,
My name is Li Ming，a junior student from the Department of Psy-chology. I am writing; this letter to put forward some opinions about the quality of the library service.
There exits some problems in the library. In the first place, we often exhaust our patience to look for books and journals related to our major on the shelves crowed with outdated books. What’s more, the past five years has witnessed a sharp rise in the number of students from 8，500 to 23, 000 while the size of the library remains unchanged, which gives rise to a constant crowd in the library.
We can no longer wait to invest money to construct a new library to meet the increasing demand on library service. Also, the library needs to improve its efficiency of purchasing new books and subscribing to academic journals.
