年度考核：annual assessment
日前，国家公务员局下发三个试行规定，将工作表现和业绩列为公务员考核标准。根据规定，连续两年年度考核被评为“不称职”的公务员将被辞退，“公务员队伍将建退出机制”的说法终于首次落到了“纸面上”。
