Some historical figures’ image is almost entirely monochromatic, black and white, in other words. Russians are, Ivan de terrible is one such person. He is known for making momentous changes in the way Russia was ruled. Primarily by monopolizing political power in his own hands, and setting up a molecular structure of ministration. He also made a number of changes in the country’s monetary system. Once the hereditary aristockracy was marginalized, there was no one left to monitor his abuses of power.
