The People's Congress is the comer stone of the political system in China. The state administrative, judicial and procuratory organs at all levels are appointed by the Congress and accountable to it. This system suits China. It is the correct choice made by the Chinese people. At the second plenary session of the .inth People's Congress, we approved the revised constitution.
