Hi,everyone. I'm Li Jie, president of this company. First,I would like to extend a sincere welcome to you all.
正如各位所知，本公司声名卓著，历史悠久。我想，各位能成为这样的大公司的一员一定会感到很光荣。不过，光靠传统是不够的，我们还需要像你们这样的新鲜血液，为我们带来新观念、新知识以及新的洞察力。
As you know, our company is one of the big names and has a long tradition. I think you must be proud of being part of such a great company. But we cannot afford to depend on tradition alone. We need new blood like you to bring us new ideas, new knowledge, and new insights.
本公司除了为大家提供优厚的薪水外，还为员工提供各种享受生活的机会。比如，公司提供了许多社交机会，由员工组成的运动及休闲团体超过30个。
