When it turns fine after rain I pass by the pool;
池上新晴偶得过，
The lonely lotus blooms on cold waves are annoyed.
芙蓉寂寞照寒波。
Do not say Autumn looks indifferent and cool.
相看莫厌秋情薄，
What if in vernal breeze your beauty's not enjoyed?
若在春风怨更多。
