Gray mists hower, Waves flow away.
烟渺渺,碧波远,
White dew spreads over, Grasses which sway.
白露晞,翠莎晚。
Like ripples beam. Reeds on the sands.
泛绿漪,蒹葭浅。
The wind blows off my old. Hat, my short hair feels cold.
浦风吹帽寒发短。
Her boat with mast and sail is steeped in evening rain;
美人立,江中流。
At sunset in her curtained bower we remain.
暮雨帆墙江上舟,
While in her boat, she gathers lotus blossoms red;
夕阳帘栊江上楼。
Before her bower grass feels sad on which we tread.
舟中采莲红藕香,
Sweet grass in glooms. For west wind's high;
楼前踏翠芳草愁。
Red lotus blooms. On green waves lie.
芳草愁,西风起。
Drunk, I sail down for miles on the river silk-white;
芙蓉花,落秋水。
The moon seems steeped in water, the stream in moonlight.
江白如练月如洗,
Afloat mid-stream, a beauty stands.
醉下烟波千万里。
