Yao Sui (1238-1313) styled Duanfu, also known by his literary name Mu'an, was born in Luoyang, Henan Province. An eminent prose writer of the Yuan dynasty, Yao has left only limited produce of Sanqu poetry. However, in these songs he depicts fluently personal sentiments and amorous love. Yao was paralleled with Lu Zhi by his contemporaries.
姚燧(1238-1313) 字端甫,号牧庵,河南洛阳人。元代有名的古文家。散曲留传不多,却能随意挥洒,书写个人情怀与临摹儿女风情,文笔流畅,时人将他与卢挚并称。
