魏（文子）田需周宵相善
Wenzi of Wei，Tian Xu and Zhou Xiao Were Good Friends
【原文】
魏(文子）田需、周宵相善，欲罪犀首。犀首患之，谓魏王曰今所 患者，齐也。婴子言行于齐王，王欲得齐，则胡不召文子而相之？彼必 务以齐事王。”王曰善。”因召文子而相之。犀首以倍田需、周宵。
【今译】
魏国的田需和周宵互相之间关系友好，想加害于公孙衍。公孙衍 害怕了，对魏王说如今我们所担心的是齐国。齐王对于田婴言听计 从，大王如果想争取齐国，那为何不把田文召来任命他为相国呢？他一 定会让齐国侍奉大王魏王说好。”于是召见田文并任命他为相国。 公孙衍使田文背叛了田需和周宵.
