Sima Xi Was on a Diplomatic Mission to Zhao
【原文】
司马畜使赵，为己求相中山。公孙弘阴知之。中山君出，司马息 御，公孙弘参乘。弘曰为人臣，招大国之威，以为己求相，于君何如？”君曰：“吾食其肉，不以分人！”司马憙顿首于轼，曰：“臣自知死至矣！”君 曰广何也？ ”“臣抵罪。”君曰行！吾知之矣。”居顷之，赵使来，为司马憙求相。中山君大疑公孙弘，公孙弘走出。
