A. Clamp drainage exit port
B. Secure bag to bed frame with tubing between bed and side rails　 准备导尿用品
l 夹住导尿管出口
l 将贮尿袋固定于床架，导尿管置于病床和床档间　 4. Wash, rinse, and dry penis thoroughly with warm soapy water.
5. Clip hair at base of penis if necessary.
6. Apply skin preparation to penis and allow to dry.　 用温热肥皂水彻底洗、冲阴茎并擦于。
必要时剪去阴阜毛发。
做阴茎皮肤准备，使干。　 7. Apply self-adhesive external catheter:　 自粘导尿管　 A. Pinch catheter closed and place against glans so that tip protrudes ¼-inch into opening.
B. Unroll catheter up shaft of penis.
C. Discard plastic collar.
D. Gently squeeze catheter to adhere sheath to skin.　 l 捏闭导尿管并贴住龟头，将管头1/4吋插入尿道口
l 沿阴茎体展开导尿管
l 去掉塑料颈围
l 轻轻捏挤导尿管粘住皮肤　 8. Apply external catheter without adhesive:　 无粘导尿管　 A. Apply sheath to penis.
B. Allow 1 to 2 inches of space between tip of penis and end of catheter.
C. Encircle penis with strip of elastic adhesive kept only in contact with sheath.　 将管套贴住阴茎
在龟头和管头间留出1-2吋空隙
用弹性胶布围绕阴茎　 9. Connect drainage tubing to end of catheter.
10. Secure tubing so that it is not twisted or looped.　 将引流管与导尿管连接
固定引流管，勿使扭曲　 A. To leg bag when ambulatory.
B. To larger bedside drainage bag at night.　 移动时使用附腿尿袋
夜间使用大号引流袋　 11. Remove catheter for 30 minutes every 24 hours to cleanse and inspect skin.　 每24小时除去导管30分钟，以冲洗和检查皮肤　 12. Discard gloves and wash hands.
13. Use Completion Protocol.　 脱去手套，洗手
