Alex:May I check in here for flight CI621 to Amsterdam?

Staff:Yes.May I have your passport and ticket, please?

Alex:Here you are. Can I hava a seat by the window?

Staff:l'm sorry, Mr. Wang. A1l the window seats are fully taken How about an aisle seat?

Alex:Well.OK, if that's all that's left.

Staff: OK Here is your ticket,baggage clalm tag, boarding pass and you'r passport.You will be traveling from Terminal 2 ,Gate Number 21. The boarding time is 11:40.
