背景知识
去海边玩，切忌在非游泳区游泳（非游泳区水域中水情复杂，常常有暗礁、水草、淤泥和漩流，稍有大意，就可能发生意外。因此，在下水之前一定要在当地搞好调查研究，做到心中有数，尽可能地远离水草、暗礁、旋流和淤泥）、游泳前勿喝酒、上岸后要防止暴晒。入水前轻微活动全身各关节是为了防止你入水后突然抽筋。水性一般的人最好不要太往里走，海和游泳池不同，海有潮涨潮落之分，一旦涨潮，你离海边距离变远，体力消耗过大极其危险。
