Vivien and Emma arrived in Laos. and they want to know more about Laos.
维维安和埃玛抵达了老挝，她们想多了解老挝一些。
Vivien:I believe we should have a full view of the etiquette in Laos.
维维安：我觉得我们应该全面了解一下老挝的一些礼节。
Emma:Yes, definitely. I don't want to look bad in a country which is considered as the friendliest in the world.
埃玛：是啊，绝对需要。我可不想在这个被认为是世界上最友好的国家里让人笑话。
Vivien:I believe it is easy for us to communicate with them since they would like to open to the outside world and welcome us.
维维安：我觉得既然这个国家的人民愿意开放他们的国家，欢迎我们这些外国人，我们应该比较容易和他们进行交流。
Emma:I agree. But we still need to be careful because these people are very conservative.
埃玛：我也是这么想的.不过我们最好还是小心点，毕竟老挝还是个很保守的国度呢。
Vivien:Right.Some of their customs and politeness are similar with those in other Asian countries.
维维安：你说得对，这里的有些传统礼节还是跟亚洲其他国家差不多的。
Emma:Yes.
埃玛：嗯.是的。
Vivien:Such as respect for the senior citizens and being helpful to others.Besides, they are also very curious about us.
维维安：比如尊敬老人和乐于助人。实际上他们对我们也非常好奇。
Emma:Yeah. That makes it possible for us to communicate.
埃玛：是的，这也为我们互相交流创造了机会。
