Thecultureofthegroupmustgivetoitsindividualthecapacitytoleadasociallifeasaneffectivememberofsociety.Withtheinductionoftheindividualasaneffectiveparticipantinthesociallifeofthegroup,onecangreatlygainbytheutilizationofenergyoftheindividualindifferentconstructiveactivities,whichnotonlyprovidessatisfactionontotheindividualbutalsobenefitsthegroup.
