being from canada i tend to prefer cooler weather.one particularly hot day i walked into the classroom and one student, seeing hot sweaty i was, commented.“teacher, you look so hot." some students understood the double meaning of "hot"and laughed. what she could have said was“you must be uncomfortable in this heat."
