要大家用英文来表达“怀孕”，你想到的第一个词就是pregnant吧，例如：i was eight months pregnant at the time. 我已有8个月的身孕了。当然如果你觉得这个词有点难度，可以用最简单的方式来表达：she is going to have a baby. / she is going to be a mother. / she is carrying a child. 这些同样是“怀孕”的意思。
