Someone who falls in and out of love (or like) too easily and usually ends up getting very hurt (re: the blondie song from the early 80's).

heather c. {likely to be offensive} (n)
A fat,u gly person who stutters. Usually this person would wear tapored jeans or stretch pants. A " heather c." has no friends or any sense of style at all what so ever.
