Absent-minded ( 心不在焉 )
Mind 是说及有关思想及头脑的，凡是把 minded 放在另一个字的后面，则变成 compound noun ( 复合词 )，意思为「具有．．．思想 / 意识」的意思，例如：narrow-minded ( 气量小的 )，tradition-minded ( 拥有传统观念的 ) 等。这里的 absent-minded 则是形容人的性格或状态是心不在焉、善忘或粗心大意。
