1-13：be to+have p.p.表与过去事实相反的假设语气
was to/were to+have+过去分词
＝should+have+过去分词
本结构亦可表与过去事实相反的假设语气。
例：i was to have done it, but i didn't have time then.
= i should have done it, but i didn't have time then.
（我本应该已把它做完了，但我没时间。）
they were to have started out early, but it was raining heavily.
= they should have started out early, but it was raining heavily.
（他们本应提早出发了，但是正在下大雨。）
