5-18：意志动词+ that从句
意志动词计有“建议”、“要求”、“命令”、“规定”等四大类。之后用that从句做宾语时，that从句中要使用助动词should。而should往往予以省略。
1．建议：suggest, recommend, advise, urge（呼吁），propose, move（提议）
2．要求：ask, desire, demand, require, request, insist（坚持要求）
3．命令：order, command
4．规定：rule, regulate, stipulate, maintain
例：they suggested that he (shoudl) come home on time.
（他们建议他准时回家。）
mary desired that peter (should) treat her nicely.
（玛丽请求彼得好好待她。）
the umpire ordered that the player (should) be ousted.
（裁判裁定该选手被逐出场。）
the principal ruled that no student (should) play truant.
（校长规定学生不准逃学。）
