5-21：necessary + that 从句
表“有必要的”形容词，修饰that从句时，该从句亦须使用助动词should，而should往往予以省略。
注意
此类形容词通常有8个，均译成“有必要的”：necessary, important, essential, imperative, urgent, desirable, recommendable, advisable
例：it is necessary that he(should) work hard.
（他必须努力工作。）
i think it essential that he (should) finish it before leaving.
（我认为他必须在离开前做完这件事。）
it is desirable that he (should) not be lazy again.
（他一定不能再怠惰了。）
