1．none
none用于否定的意思，表示“没有一个人(东西)”。
none在句中可用作：
1)主语：
None of my friends know English．
我的朋友都不懂英语。
None of the subjects interests me.
这些问题我都没有兴趣。
An old car is better than none.
旧车也比没车好。
2)宾语：
I like none of the books．
这些书我全不喜欢。
A friend to all is a friend to none．
滥交者无友。(谚)
—How many fish did you catch?
—None．
—你钓到多少鱼?
—一条也没钓到。
3)同位语：
We none of us said anything．
我们谁也没说话。
We have none of us much interest in that.
我们谁对此也没有多大兴趣。
2．none有时指不可数的东西：
“You have no money?”“None，sir”
“你没钱?”“是的，先生。”
She has none of her sister's beauty．
她没有她妹妹那样漂亮。
It's none of your business．
这不关你的事。
3．no主要用作定语，构成否定句：
She made no comment.
她没发表什么意见。
Time and tide wait for no man.
岁月不等人。（谚)
There is no fire without some smoke．
有火就有烟。(谚)(比较：无风不起浪。)
none的意思等于not any或者not a。有的词典标作“形容词”或“限定词”。
4．no可以构成nobody，no one，nothing等合成代词，在句中用作：
1)主语：
Nobody can answer the question．
没人能回答这个问题。
There is no one in the room．
房里没人。
There is nothing in the box.
盒子里没有东西。
2)宾语：
I saw nobody there．
在那里我没看到谁。
I have nothing to say.
我无话可说。
He had no one to play with.
没有人和他一道玩。
