87.疑问代词(Interrogative Pronouns)
1.疑问代词有who，whom，whose，what和which，都是用来构成特殊疑问句的。
who和whom表示“谁”，who用作主语，用作宾语时用whom这个形式：
Who is calling?
谁来的电话?
Who are making these noises?
谁这么吵?
Whom do You want to speak to?
你想找谁讲话?
在口语中用who作宾语时，who一般置于句子开头：
Who did you mean?
你指的是谁?
Who are you talking about?
你们在讲谁?
直接接跟在介词后面时只能用whom：
With whom did you come?
你和谁一道来的?
(口语中说“Who did you come with?”时更多一些。)
2.whose，what和which可用作:
1)主语：
What’s your address?
你地址怎样写?
Whose is better?
谁的好一些?
Which of the books is yours?
哪一本书是你的?
2)宾语：
What do you mean?
你是什么意思?
Which do you like better?
你更喜欢哪一个?
Whose are you going to borrow?
你准备借谁的?
3)表语：
What's your father?
你父亲是干什么的?
Whose is it?
这是谁的?
They are so alike．you can't tell which is which．
他们是那样相像，你都分不出谁是谁了。
4)定语(这样用时，有些英语词典标作形容词)：
What time shall we meet again?
我们什么时候再见?
Which train are you going to take?
你准备搭哪一班火车?
Whose ID cards are these?
这些是谁的身份证?
