Kevin: Well, first I's like to get some experience from the real work world. Let's put it this way: I know that my experience is only limited to vacation jobs, and although I've done quite well so far, I want the chance to develop something a bit more permanent and long-term. I mean, what I'd like to do is get to a mid-level management position as soon as possible.

Daisy: Yes, good question. Umm, well, I'm looking for a new challenge. I've had a quite a good career so far, things have worked out well, and I've learned a lot. however, I still want to learn more. Let me rephrase what I just said. I'm hoping to fill the gaps in my experience. For example, I'm hoping to get a position with more strategic responsibility.
