The exchange rate issue is big on the agenda, as you know, and once China liberalizes their financial markets and unpegs Interviewer: the yuan, opportunities for foreign investors in the Chinese financial markets will increase, it’s important for the IMF to be in involved at the ground level so that we can influence things in the right way, the way that’s safe and sound for China’s trading partners, and ultimately, of course, for the global economy.
