当被问及上一份工作的离职原因，怎么回答？

question:"why did you leave your last job?"

提问：为什么放弃上一份岗位？

hint: don't lie and don't speak badly of your past employer

提示：不要说谎，不要说前一任老板的坏话

for example"i felt there was a lack of potential for upward mobility, i needed a more challenging job."

例如：“我觉得上一份工作没有上升的空间了，我需要一份更有挑战性的工作。”

"well i've come as far as i can in my current position, i feel and i’m 28 now and would love to take on some more responsibility."
