A very important thing to remember is whenever anyone asks you why you’re looking for another job, be sure you keep your answer short and business like. Don’t lie, that is never an acceptable thing to do. But, you don’t want to turn a job interview into a therapy session either. If you need to rant and rave about how you were mistreated, tell it to your wife, husband, boyfriend, girlfriend or the guy sitting at the bar next to you. It doesn’t belong in a job interview.
