It’s an unavoidable trend that the competition of company will become globalization after China entered WTO. The globalization of company, which is the key factor for company to survive, demands trading staffers not only have the ordinary listening, speaking, writing, translating abilities of foreign languages, but also know the knowledge of international trade, the rules of international trade negotiation, the laws of international economy, the skills of sales and so on. In our country, the trading staffers are in shortage in quantity. And most of them do not reach the intenational standard.
