According to the Telegraph on January 18, two 19-year-olds tried to use a blow-up doll as a flotation device in the Australian flood waters but failed. They had no choice but to wait for help when clinging to a tree. Finally they were rescued by police who warned them the blow-up toy was "not a recognised floation device"。
