On November 13, 2010, Royal Caribbean International's cruise ship, Allure of the Seas, arrived from Finland at its home in Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdale, Fla Allure sit 213 feet above the waterline, have 16 decks and can accommodate 5,400 guests and a crew of more than 2,000 people. It measure 1,184 feet long,making the new passenger vessel the biggest cruise ship in the world.

That’s more than 40 miles per hour faster than the trial run it made in September, 2010. China has the biggest network of high一speed rails in the world, totalling 4,fi90 miles. By 2020, the country aims to have 9,941 miles.

Aardman Animation used a 3D printer to produce different molds of Dot posed in various positions. The filmmakers shot the film using a Nokia NO smart phone equipped with a CeIIScope一 a diagnostic-quality microscope The crew shot four seconds of film every day and when it was released in September, 2010,"Dot" was certified by the Book of Guinness World Records as the smallest stop-motion animation film.

On January 4, 2010, the Burj Khalifa (formerly known as the Burj Dubai)opened to the public. It stands 2,716 feet tall and has more than 160 stories一more than any other building in the world. Not only does it dwarf neighboring buildings, but it towers 1,050 feet over the next tallest skyscraper, the Taipei 101 in Taiwan.
