Insects Awaken(Jing Zhe,惊蛰) is the period that the various dormient insects are awaken in earth by the warming weather and spring thundering. During this solar term, people with different corporeities had better take care of themselves in the aspects of spirit, environment and dining.
惊蛰是二十四节气之一，每年太阳运行至黄经345度时即为惊蛰，一般在每年在3月5日或6日，这时气温回升较快，渐有春雷萌动，“惊蛰”是指钻到泥土里越冬的小动物被雷震苏醒出来活动。惊蛰期间注意饮食，环境和身心状况。
