特快英语每周一话题，今天的话题是你会给谁颁奖？又是为什么呢？
在伦敦，接受了采访的人们告诉我们：
一位女士会把奖项颁给她的父母，因为他们给了她很多鼓舞和激励，让她有动力勤奋工作。她想要让父母为自己感到骄傲。
另一个接受采访的人说想要颁一个终生成就奖给发明了西方活字印刷术的Johannes Gutenberg。

Who would you give an award to?你会给谁颁奖？为什么？
Some people in London said:
Woman 1: I think this would be my parents. Firstly for them being always an inspiration to myself, for motivating me to work hard to achieve my goals and for always supporting me in good and bad times and being there for me whenever I need them. So definitely my parents, my Mum and Dad.
Presenter: What kind of award would you give them, like an Oscar or something?
Woman 1: There are so many ways you can award your parents, but probably I would award them by just making them proud for who I became at the moment and for aiming to achieve all my goals and I think that would be the best reward for them. For them to be proud of myself and proud of my sisters.
Woman 2: I would like to give one to Nelson Mandela. His capacity to forgive - I think we can all bring that into our own lives as well. That's just a personal attribute out of his other excellent leadership qualities.
Man 1: I'd give it posthumously to Gutenberg, for the invention of the printing press, obviously. I think we can't even, begin to imagine a world without books and the transfer of knowledge in the fashion that the printing press and the spread of books, that that has basically allowed.
