Now we're at Upstairs at Bouley, the less-expensive restaurant from famed restaurateur David Bouley. I have to say David Bouley won my heart with what he did after 9/11. He set Up a restaurant at Ground Zero, and he fed over one million relief workers. This is the calamari salad. The dressing on this has 40 different ingredients on it, yet it costs just $9.50. Mmm, it's delicious.
