[00:04.61]I know this is the time of year when we make resolutions to take care of our health, whether it's joining a gym or eating healthier. 	每年的这段时间是大家养生健体的时间,大家或是去健身房或是平衡健康饮食。 
[00:12.25] But there's one thing you can do right now that will also make a big difference in your health: 	但现在还有一件事,做好了也能给你的健康带来很大变化：

[00:28.93]Last year, almost 7 million people signed up for health care coverage under the new law and paid their premiums.  	去年,大约有700万人按照新法注册购买了医保保障。
