heel是「脚跟」。训练师在训练狗的时候，Heel!是最基 本的□令，也就是把狗叫到主人的脚跟旁蹲下来不动。bring ... to heel字面意思是像叫狗一样「把对方叫过来蹲着」，引 申为「收伏、使就范」的意思。
