正式（发言）

政府官员在接受记者采访时，有时会要求记者不要刊登 某些话，这时候他会说类似这样的话：Let me speak off the record.(我现在讲的话不列入正式纪录。）。反之，speak on the record就是「正式发言」，可列入纪录，刊登在媒体上 或供曰后查考。
