According to the National Bureau of Statistics, China's urbanization rate is now 52.6 percent. The report said that is an overestimate and the actual rate is 42.2 percent.
国家统计局表示，中国当前的城镇化率为52.6%。但社科院的报告显示，这个数据估计过高，中国当前实际的城镇化率仅为42.2%。
The report estimated the average cost for each rural resident to move will be 131,000 yuan.
该报告还指出，中国农业转移的人均公共成本将达到13.1万元。
