Here's how to make cute little hearts from plastic straws. Sprinkle them in a gift box or clip them onto the edge of a letter or a card. All you need is the straws, a pair of scissors, and these instructions!
Steps

6. If you made the slit, clip the heart onto the edge of any paper or cardstock like you would a paper clip.
