Orgasms increase the alkalinity of the vaginia and should be avoided if possible for optimal chances. Preventing or delaying female orgasm can maintain the acidic environment decreasing the number of Y sperm that travel to the egg and giving the slower more resilient X sperm a better chance of fertilizing the egg.
