本论文采取在半导体激光器芯片的前端面镀增透膜,并在半导体激光放大器的前、后两个腔面镀增透膜,以获得高的阈值增益、降低阈值电流、提高量子效率和激光器的输出功率。 采用吸收小,散射少的薄膜材料设计介质膜,使得激光器前腔面的反射率显著降低。
