Results The calibration curves of hyodeoxycholic acid and chenodeoxycholic acid were linear in the range of 0.5192～5.1920 μg(r =0.999 4)and 0.5012 μg～5.012 μg(r=0.999 8),respectively,and the average recoveries(n=6)were 97.5 %(RSD=2.3 %)and 96.0 %(RSD=1.1 %),respectively.
结果猪去氧胆酸在0.5192μg～5.1920μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 4),平均加样回收率为97.5%,RSD=2.3%;鹅去氧胆酸在0.5012μg～5.0120μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为96.0%,RSD=1.6%。
