Methods PTSMA was performed in 19 patients with symptomatic HOCM(male 14 cases,female 5 cases) by Sigwart method from July 2006 to June 2009. All patients had UCG and EKG performed before PTSMA,and 1-week,30-day,1-year after PTSMA.
方法 2006年7月至2009年6月,采用Sigwart法对19例(男14例,女5例)症状明显的肥厚型梗阻性心肌病患者进行PTSMA,所有患者均分别于术前、术后1周、术后30天及术后1年接受心脏彩色超声及心电图检查。
